I was planning on suggesting recipes, food websites and cooking videos in English as a way to practice English, and then this came along: Carbonaragate. Here's an article from The Guardian outlining the "scandal".
Don't bother looking for the original one-pot recipe that caused the offense - as far as I can tell, it's been scrubbed from the internet. Not to worry, there are plenty of good Carbonara recipes to refer to instead. Here's a video in English on how to make an authentic Spaghetti Carbonara*. Yumm.
